We employ or exceed the industry standard for data encryption and online safety protocols for each and everyone of our customers. As a company we do not share, sell or leverage any information provided to us for any reason. 

We have searched high and low to source the most reliable vendors for the givft’s we send out on your behalf. Due to numerous factors involving the shipping we do not guarantee an exact delivery date, but we do promise that we will make every effort to meet your expectations.

While we keep up to date with our vendors to ensure items are in stock, sometimes there are unforeseen instances where an item may be unavailable to send to your client on time. If this becomes the case we will send a similar gift (ex. if you chose a doormat we’ll send another doormat from the list of gifts) from the gift options or the next gift in the options and email you with the details.

Very rarely a package is sent back to the manufacturer as “undeliverable” or “no one to claim”. We found recipients on a vacation or on a deployment may be the reason. But no sweat, if this should happen we’ll send you an email and ask if you would like us to try and resend it to the same address, send it to a new address or send it to you directly with no additional costs.

Many of our clients claim our amazing service as a business expense, but as always check with your tax professional to be sure you are good to do so.

Don’t worry we got your back! When a givft is sent out to your client you will be notified via email with the givft and client information. 

After building that relationship throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to watch it grow through additional givfting. We offer a discounted package for those who choose to continue to deliver smiles to their clients for an additional year.

Yes! As you fill out the form with all the important details about your client, you’ll have the opportunity to add a heartfelt gift message. These messages are a great way to make their day extra special.

Unfortunately, sometimes things can be damaged in transport even though our vendors take precaution and pack items securely. Please send us an email and we’ll be sure to get a new item out as soon as possible.
